Corporate Event Photography in Tampa

I photograph conferences, galas, fundraisers, award nights, grand openings, and company parties across Tampa Bay. The approach is documentary. I work the room and shoot what actually happens, so what you get back looks like your event instead of a series of people standing still being told to smile.

Most of what companies use these photos for is recruiting, sponsor decks, press, and next year's promo. That means you need more than a hundred shots of the keynote. I cover the speakers, the panels, the sponsor signage, the room at capacity, the food, the details your planner spent three months on, and the candid conversations in the hallway that make a company look like a place people want to work.

What you get

Flat rate for the coverage window you book. No hourly meter, no surprise line items.

Full commercial usage licensing is included. Website, socials, recruiting pages, sponsor decks, trade show booths. It's written into the contract so your marketing or legal team has it on paper.

Every image color graded with film emulation and delivered in an online gallery your team can share and download from. Two to four weeks standard. Need something the next morning for a press release? Rush delivery is available and I'll tell you the number before we book.

The practical stuff

I'm insured and I'll send a certificate of insurance straight to your venue. Convention centers, hotels, and corporate campuses around Tampa almost always ask for one.

Two camera bodies on every job, so a dead battery or a bad card never costs you a moment. I bring my own lighting when a room needs it, because hotel ballrooms are lit badly for photography and I'd rather carry strobes than hand you a gallery full of orange faces.

If you need photo and video at the same event, I bring in a second shooter. One person can't do both properly at once.

Where I work

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Westchase, and Town 'n' Country with no travel fee. Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakeland, and anything past an hour out adds fifty to a hundred, and I'll tell you the exact number when I quote you.

Booking

Send me the date, the venue, and roughly how many hours you need. I'll come back with availability and a flat price, usually same day.

Signed contract and a 25% deposit holds it. Card through Pixieset, plus Zelle, Venmo, ACH, and cash. If your company runs on POs and net 30, say so and we'll work it out.
